We will have two check-in times for the 2017 show as noted below:
1) 7am early check-in: For those wanting to attend the Goodwill Donation breakfast at the
Firehouse like we had in 2016. Great breakfast and they welcome your donations.
2) 9am check-in: Our normal check-in for the show for those not attending the breakfast.
Check-in will be open from 7am to 11am, so come anytime you like.
Our 6th Annual Show is schecduled for July 21st, 2018 (always the third Saturday in July). The rain date is July 28th. Links to all Car Show Information is below.
PLEASE NOTE: The car show is open to the first 200 registered cars. Due to the high number of pre-paid registrations in 2017 and the rain guarantee, we suspect the show may sell out on-line or leave just a handful that can register at the show. Plan to register early to guarantee your spot. Cars must be registered to enter the show.

THE ABOVESIGNED (checkbox acknowledgement), in consideration of acceptance to participate in the July 17, 2021 “Coatesville Car Show (the “Event”) hosted by the Coatesville Downtown Revitalization, Inc., (the “Committee”), hereby fully releases and holds harmless the Cruisin in Coatesville Car Show Committee, the Town of Coatesville, and the Committees and town's respective officers, directors, members, agents, representatives, guests, and volunteers from all claims for bodily injury to myself or my vehicle, or indirect incidents to my participation (show car participant or vendor participant) in the Event.
THE ABOVESIGNED, fully understands that the terms of the Full Release shall serve as a full release and full assumption of risks of my vehicle, my property, myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, and for all persons authorized by me accompanying me to the Event.
THE ABOVESIGNED, hereby attests and verifies that I am lawfully licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the State of Indiana, (or the State I reside in,) and I possess liability insurance to cover bodily injury or property damage that might arise from either my participation in the Event, or in participation of those authorized by me to so participate in the Event. I am aware of the risks involved in the participation of the Event, and fully assume such risks for myself, my business and/or my authorized representatives.
THE ABOVESIGNED, fully understands and agrees that photographs, pictures, slides, movies, or videos may be taken in connection with my participation in the event or activity without compensation from the Town of Coatesville or the Committee and consents to the use of photographs, pictures, slides, movies, or videos for any legal purpose.
I HAVE READ THE FULL RELEASE FORM, UNDERSTAND IT’S TERMS, AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WITHOUT MY ACCEPTANCE, I WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT. I WARRANT THAT I AM IN GOOD HEALTH AND HAVE NO PHYSICAL CONDITION THAT WOULD PREVENT ME FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT OR ASSOCIATED EVENT ACTIVITIES.
THE ABOVESIGNED, hereby accepts all of the terms of the Full Release, as evidenced by my signature above.
All Tractors will be parked in front of and around the newly remodeled
International Harvester Dealership Building / Farm Supply Company.
Curbside in front of the building is sold out. There are still a few remaining spots in the second row in front of the building. Show is
about 50% sold out, so be sure to reserve your spot today.

T-SHIRT SIZE: (NOTE: T-shirts to the first 100, however, a pre-registration does guarantee you a t-shirt as long as you
register by June 1st. After June 1st, there is no shirt guarantee. If we have any left, it will be an XL.)
