We will have two check-in times for the 2017 show as noted below:
1) 7am early check-in: For those wanting to attend the Goodwill Donation breakfast at the
Firehouse like we had in 2016. Great breakfast and they welcome your donations.
2) 9am check-in: Our normal check-in for the show for those not attending the breakfast.
Check-in will be open from 7am to 11am, so come anytime you like.

ACTIVITIES:
RAFFLE PRIZES:
This year your raffle number will be your entry number. We will do our best to announce numbers but recommend everyone check the board at the raffle booth to see if your number is posted. Drawings will begin at 10:00 am and they raffle booth will draw numbers every 30 minutes (10:00am, 10:30am, 11:00am, 11:30am, 12:00pm and 12:30pm. At 1pm, any entries that have not yet claimed their prize will removed from the board and "ALL" numbers, including winners and unclaimed, will be placed back in the bin for the final draw, so some folks may have the opportunity to win two times.
LIVE MUSIC:
Back again for their second year is the band "5 Minutes 2 Wapner". They will be playing at Main Street and Milton from approximately 10:00 am until 1:45pm with a couple of breaks in between sets.
PICK-A-PRIZE RAFFLE:
We will be doing our "Pick-A-Prize" raffle with a few select items. Attendees and guests can purchase tickets for $1.00 each at the Pick-A-Prize Booth. You can then decide on a raffle item or several raffle items and distribute your tickets in the container specifically for the item(s) you are interested in. You can enter several tickets into the raffle of your choice to increase your chances of winning. No limit to the number of tickets you can purchase, but you must be at least 18 years of age to play.
NOTE:
This raffle concludes at 1:30pm. Tickets will be drawn just prior to the awards ceremony at around 2:00pm. Participants must write their name, entry#, and phone number on the entered ticket. Any tickets pulled with no contact info on the ticket, the person must be present to win by showing their ticket number. If no one comes forward with the winning ticket number, we will draw again. Tickets pulled with contact info on the ticket, and the person is not present, we will hold the prize and arrange to get it to them.
GAME BOOTH:
We will have a few games going.
1) A poster car game for those that have the VIP Package (preregistered attendees).
2) A spin the wheel game (every entrant gets one free spin). Every spin wins a prize.
3) Dart Board Poker. Take home a poker trophy if you get one of the top three hands.
We may add more.
50/50 RAFFLE:
We will have a 50/50 Raffle. Last year's winner took home almost $1,100.00. Below are the prices for tickets. The more you buy, the more value you get for your money. For the top four ticket bundles, we will have a registration/check-in special noted below in blue (no limit to the number of tickets you can buy). Take advantage of the special because once you complete and leave the registration/check-in area, the offers in blue expire.

Registration Only Special: Prices in Blue are available one time only at the time of registration or check-in for attendees and/or any guests accompanying them in the vehicle. No walk-ups may redeem this special. The only exception is to those attendees that trailer vehicles who may redeem the offer after they have unloaded. Offer not valid once a vehicle or owner has finished the registration/check-in process. If no winner claims the ticket number drawn showing their matching ticket at the time of the drawing, after three calls we will discard that ticket and pull another winner. Ticket will be drawn following the awards. Gaming License available upon request and on file with the Indiana Gaming Commission.
