We will have two check-in times for the 2017 show as noted below:

1) 7am early check-in: For those wanting to attend the Goodwill Donation breakfast at the
           Firehouse like we had in 2016.  Great breakfast and they welcome your donations.
2) 9am check-in:  Our normal check-in for the show for those not attending the breakfast.  
           Check-in will be open from 7am to 11am, so come anytime you like.

CHECK-IN (TO REGISTER & PRE-REGISTERED)


7:00 am

     1)   Registration and Check-in for pre-registered vehicle begins
     2)   You will now park first and then proceed to the Community Building to register or check-in.
     3)   We request that you enter the show from one of three directions as noted below"
            a) If coming in on SR-75, please use Hadley Street on the north side of the Bank. If you attempt to 
                use any other street off SR-75 other than Hadley Street, it will not be accessible to the event.
            b) If coming to the show southbound on CR 800 W, please proceed to Hadley and Milton St.
            c) if coming from the west going eastbound from Putnam County, you may come in on Main Street.

     Note: you will park where the car parking personnel guide you. Main Street and a short section of Milton
     Street in downtown will be reserved for pre-registered and paid club cars only. Car Parkers will have a 
     list of a clubs along with names of club members that have reserved parking spots. Car Clubs must 
     arrange this in advance with the show coordinator. Please refer to our "Contact" page on how to reach 
     us should you desire to reserve your club parking.

9:30 am

     1)  Registration closes.
     2)  If you show up after 9:30 am, please find a place to park your vehicle. If you need assistance finding 
          one, please locate one of our volunteers and they can assist you. Once parked, please go
          to the Information Booth to check-in or register and get your goody page and window placard.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR TRAILERED VEHICLES:

Our traffic control and car parkers will have you bypass will direct you to the trailer parking and unloading. Once parked, you will need to go to the Community Building to check-in or register. Trailer parking will be in the same location as last year, along the Vandalia Trailer (unpaved area), the lot across from the Fire Department, and on the Mill property on the west side of Johnson Street (where the grain silos are located).
