We will have two check-in times for the 2017 show as noted below:
1) 7am early check-in: For those wanting to attend the Goodwill Donation breakfast at the
Firehouse like we had in 2016. Great breakfast and they welcome your donations.
2) 9am check-in: Our normal check-in for the show for those not attending the breakfast.
Check-in will be open from 7am to 11am, so come anytime you like.
PARKING
Show Cars, Trucks, Motorcycles and Tractors:
New for 2023, you will now park first and then register, or check-in if you pre-registered, at the Community Building. Please follow our car parking personnel as they guide you to a parking spot. All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. A large portion of Main Street and part of Milton Street is now reserved for prepaid car clubbs and may not be available for general parking.
Trailer Parking:
Trailer parking is located along the Vandalia Trail (non-paved area), in the lot across the street from the Fire Department, or in the Mill lot on the west side of Johnson Street (by lot with the grain silos). All arriving trailers will park and unload first before parking. Once parked, you can then register or check-in,
Car Clubs:
We do have reserved parking for car clubs, but clubs must notify us in advance and preregister. For all members that are preregistered and paid, we will reserve spots together for those folks. We reserve Main Street and a small section of Milton Street for club parking. We also have the Library Parking Drive reserved for a car club.
If your club has not preregistered or reserved spots for those cars in advance, you must arrive together in order to park together. A good meeting area close to the show is the First National Bank parking lot on the north side of the bank.
Please Note:
We do not allow the holding of spots. When you are parked, you cannot hold the space next to you for someone that you expect to arrive later to the show. Any holding of spots must be approved with the show coordinator in advance of the show, not the day of the show.
