We will have two check-in times for the 2017 show as noted below:

1) 7am early check-in: For those wanting to attend the Goodwill Donation breakfast at the
           Firehouse like we had in 2016.  Great breakfast and they welcome your donations.
2) 9am check-in:  Our normal check-in for the show for those not attending the breakfast.  
           Check-in will be open from 7am to 11am, so come anytime you like.

RAFFLE PRIZES: 

We will have plenty of door prizes to give out this year. We cannot cover one for everyone, but we have at least 175 door prizes to give out. We will have a total of seven (7) raffle drawings throughout the day. If you entered a vehicle in this year's show, you are automatically entered for each vehicle you entered. Our first drawing will be at 10:00 am and the Raffle Team will pull 25 numbers. They will place those numbers on the whiteboard located at the Raffle Booth inside the community building. We will announce numbers over our new sound system shortly after each drawing. Drawing times are as follows with 25 numbers being drawn each time (more if we get more item):

SILENT AUCTION:

This is not a raffle, but worth mentioning again here. The silent auction returns this year replacing our Pick-A-Prize Raffle. We have great items for you this year. Be sure to stop by and check out what we have up for auction. When placing a bid, you can bid as much as you want as long as your bid meets the minimum incremental amount from the last bid posted. If not, it could be cancelled. Be sure to check it out!

2024 CAR SHOW SPECIAL RAFFLE DRAWING

This is a new raffle drawing for this year. It has existed in the past as a Pick-A-Prize raffle item where you could purchase tickets for a chance to win this package. Starting with this year’s show, this is now a free raffle offered only to those that pre-registered by May 15th, 2023. You must have pre-registered for the show by this date. If you pre-registered starting May 16th or later, you will not be included in the drawing. If you did not make it this year, be sure to pre-register for a show next year. In fact, we have a car show special this year which we will mention below.

For the 2024 Car Show Special Drawing, the following is what you will win:

    1)    A custom trophy to be awarded to the winning ticket holder (awarded at this drawing)
    2)    Your vehicle featured on the 2024 Top 50 Trophy
    3)    Your vehicle featured on the 2024 Dash Plaque
    4)    Your vehicle featured on the 2024 event T-Shirt
    5)    Your 2024 entry fee is waived (if you paid for it at this year's show, we will either refund that 
            money or offer you 50/50 tickets at the 2024 show in lieu of the refund. It will be the winners’ choice.
    6)    Reserved parking at the show anywhere of your choice for you and a friend (friend must pay the entry fee)
    7)    A plate with your name and vehicle information added to our Event Trophy on permanent display 
            in Town Hall.
    8)    And of course . . . . a lifetime of bragging rights!


CAR SHOW REGISTRATION SPECIAL:

​As mentioned above, we will be offering a new fee schedule for the 2024 car show. The schedule appears below. Make note of the special on "Show Day Only" for just $18.00. Even if you do not know if you can make next year's show, you can still enter. If you cannot make it to the show, if you contact us at [email protected] or call Steve at 317-771-9062 before May 15th, 2024, we will refund 100% of your entry fee. If you pay online, we will refund it electronically within 72 hours. If you paid at the show via cash or check, please allow up to two weeks to receive a refund check at the address you listed on your registration form. If your address has changed since you registered, you need to make sure you provide us with your new address.










50/50 RAFFLE:

​The 50/50 Raffle will be back in 2023. Last year our winner's share was over $1,350.00. We expect a bigger pot this year. When you register, registration will have some limited time offers on 50/50 tickets. Below we have listed what those package deals are. These prices will be available for anyone including show entrants, visitors, and spectators and will be available from 7:00 am until 9:30 am when registration closes. Tickets at these prices can be purchased at Registration and the Information Booth, both inside the community building. After 9:30 am, regular prices take over and the special prices go away. You did not hear it from us, but we hear a couple of gals will be selling tickets around the event starting around 10:00am roaming the streets. We hear they will have some new "Special Deals" for those that want some tickets. You do not want to miss a chance for this much money. However, you must be present to win. We will call the winning number three (3) times, so if you hear your number, SHOUT IT OUT! If you do not and/or we do not hear you, after we call it a third time, we will discard that ticket and draw again. We have a gaming license with the Indiana Gaming Commission and all ticket sales must be in cash.
