Women's Self Defense Class (WARDA)

Online Registration has now closed.  Walk-ins the day of the workshop will be accepted.  No more online registrations are being accepted at this time.  The walk-in fee on Saturday is $30 cash only (no checks or credit cards).

If you have any questions about the program, you can review the instructor's video where he explains the program.  You will need to complete a waiver prior to the start of class., so please be sure to arrive about 15 minutes early so class can begin on time.  Thank you.

      How to dress for class:    Wear loose fitting comfortable clothes.

      What to bring:   Nothing.  As long as you are good physical and mental health, you are good to go.
