We will have two check-in times for the 2017 show as noted below:

1) 7am early check-in: For those wanting to attend the Goodwill Donation breakfast at the
           Firehouse like we had in 2016.  Great breakfast and they welcome your donations.
2) 9am check-in:  Our normal check-in for the show for those not attending the breakfast.  
           Check-in will be open from 7am to 11am, so come anytime you like.

Planned show times will be 7:00 am to 2:30 pm in 2024.

7:00 am
    1)    Streets are open for cars to enter and park.  
    2)    Registration and prepaid registration check-in are open in the Community Building.
    3)    50/50 raffle is open
    4)    Silent Auction is open

7:30 am
      1)  Firehouse biscuits and gravy breakfast begins (tentative menu). The final breakfast menu, pricing and timing is still 
           being worked out. We expect breakfast to run from 7:30am to 9:30am or until all food is gone, whichever comes first.

8:00 am
    1)    Music Begins

9:30 am 
    1)    Registration closes (late arrivals can park and register or check-in at the Information Booth)
    2)    Participant Voting Begins
    3)    Game begins (Coatesville Car Show Crossword Puzzle.

9:45 am
    1)    Opening Ceremonies
    2)    Announcements & National Anthem

10:00 am
    1)    Show officially kicks off 
    2)    Door prize/raffle begins
    3)    Grill opens

12:00 pm
    1)    Participant voting ballet deadline (turn in at the Information Booth)

1:30 pm
    1)    Silent Auction Ends, Winners Contacted and/or check in with them at 1:40 to see if you were a winner

2:00pm 
    1)    Awards Ceremony Begins

2:30 pm
    1)    50/50 raffle winner announced
    2)    Show Concludes 





Registration Fee Schedule:
Fee $20.00 between July 16 - Dec 31, 2023
Fee $22.00 between Jan 1 - May 15, 2024
Fee $25.00 from May 16th to show day.
Saturday, July 20th
(rain date July 27th)
