We will have two check-in times for the 2017 show as noted below:
1) 7am early check-in: For those wanting to attend the Goodwill Donation breakfast at the
Firehouse like we had in 2016. Great breakfast and they welcome your donations.
2) 9am check-in: Our normal check-in for the show for those not attending the breakfast.
Check-in will be open from 7am to 11am, so come anytime you like.
FOOD & BEVERAGE - FAQS
Q: Where can I eat?
A: We always have a grill operating at the show with Burgers, Cheeseburgers, Hot Dog and at times, more.
There are food outlets at the show too including the Coatesville Food Store, which will have a booth near the
grill, and O’Knappy’s Kitchen. A new Mexican Restaurant will also be opening soon and will be available as
a food option.
Note: we are looking at bringing back our breakfast too. Still TBD, but possibly a Pancake Breakfast or a
Biscuits and Gravy Breakfast. We will announce more once we have it figured all out.

Q: What kind of food will be available?
A: As noted above, the grill typically serves hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and hot dogs. On occasion we are
able to also serve pulled pork BBQ sandwiches, but that does vary from year-to-year depending on our
BBQ Masters availability. The Coatesville Food Store will have limited breakfast foods, pizzas, and more.
O’Knappy’s Kitchen will be serving great comfort foods including breakfast, various sandwiches, tenderloins,
and more. Of course, the Mexican Restaurant will be serving various dishes from their menu.

Q: Can I bring my own food to the show?
A: Of course, you may bring anything you would like to. Just note that no grills or any type of cooking device
with an open flame is allowed at the event.

Q: Will there be drinks I can purchase?
A: Yes, all serving areas will offer various drinks as well as bottled water. The Coatesville Food Store also
carries a wide variety of drinks including Gatorade, energy drinks, and other soft drinks. You can also
purchase various beverages at the Liquor Store on Main Street.
