We will have two check-in times for the 2017 show as noted below:
1) 7am early check-in: For those wanting to attend the Goodwill Donation breakfast at the
Firehouse like we had in 2016. Great breakfast and they welcome your donations.
2) 9am check-in: Our normal check-in for the show for those not attending the breakfast.
Check-in will be open from 7am to 11am, so come anytime you like.
EVENT PARKING - FAQS
Q: Do you reserve parking spots for attendees?
A: No, we only have a handful of reserved spots for premier sponsors and for our Car Show Package winner.

Q: Do you reserve parking spots for car clubs?
A: Yes, we will reserve spots for car clubs, but ONLY for those members that have pre-registered and paid for
their spot in advance. If you have not pre-registered as a club, then please arrive all together. If coming from
different areas, meeting at the First National Bank parking lot in Coatesville is a good meet up spot and is
only a block away from the event. That way you can all come in together and park together if you have not
pre-registered.
When entering the show, please inform the car parking personnel that you are club and how many vehicles
are in your caravan so they can locate an adequate amount of spots together for your club.

Q: Do you have trailer parking?
A: Yes, we have designated trailer parking. When you arrive for the show, just follow the directions from our
traffic control folks who will guide you to the unloading and parking area. If you have trailered a vehicle to
the event within the past two years, it will be the same process and location.

Q: Is there spectator parking?
A: Yes, spectator parking will be along the Vandalia Trail. Our traffic control folks can guide you to that area.
Spectator vehicles are not allowed inside the event area.
