We will have two check-in times for the 2017 show as noted below:

1) 7am early check-in: For those wanting to attend the Goodwill Donation breakfast at the
           Firehouse like we had in 2016.  Great breakfast and they welcome your donations.
2) 9am check-in:  Our normal check-in for the show for those not attending the breakfast.  
           Check-in will be open from 7am to 11am, so come anytime you like.

Q:    Do you accept sponsors for your show?

A:    Yes, we are always looking for sponsors and are happy to accept new sponsors.

Q:    Who can I contact with questions about being a sponsor?

A:    For sponsorship questions, email us at [email protected] or feel free to call our show 
       coordinator directly. You may contact Steven Schultz at 317-771-9062 daily between 7am & 8pm daily.

Q:    Will you hand out brochures, trinkets, or product samples of our brand if we provide them to you?

A:    Yes, we are happy to do so. We consider these to be in-kind donations and would include them in goody
        bags for all of our attendees. At this time, we produce 300 goody bags for our show, so we would request
        a minimum count of 300. If you want us to hand out more, we can have them available at our Information 
        Booth for the general public to pick up.

Q:    How many participants and people do you get at your event?

A:    We expect 300+ vehicles to enter our show and expect more than 1,500+ spectators throughout the day.

Q:    What type of benefits do I receive for my sponsorship?

A:    We have different levels of sponsorship. Please refer to the letter attached below. It will explain our sponsor
        levels and minimum contribution for each level.

Q:    When do you need my commitment to be a sponsor?

A:    Our show is always scheduled for the third Saturday of July each year. We require sponsor commitment
        by no later than April 1st. This deadline is in place to allow us to get all of our print materials designed, 
        printed and received in time for the show date. Any sponsorship that comes in after this April 1st date, we 
        will accommodate as much of the sponsor level package you selected as possible. However, we will not 
        be able to fulfill on the entire package as many have already been sent to print, so please keep this in mind.
