We will have two check-in times for the 2017 show as noted below:
1) 7am early check-in: For those wanting to attend the Goodwill Donation breakfast at the
Firehouse like we had in 2016. Great breakfast and they welcome your donations.
2) 9am check-in: Our normal check-in for the show for those not attending the breakfast.
Check-in will be open from 7am to 11am, so come anytime you like.
Terms and Conditions
Show Rules and regulations:
• All Exhibitors must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid drivers license and automobile insurance.
• If under the age of 18, you must have a guardian in attendance that can sign the registration waiver.
• Maintaining the safety and integrity of the show is the highest priority.
• Exhibitor’s registration number must be clearly displayed on the show vehicle (Driver’s side front window).
• Registration numbers will be assigned at check-in.
• All vehicles must enter the show area from the north on Hadley Street or from the West on Main Street.
• No loud music is allowed from exhibitor’s display area. Any display of questionable music, videos, art or other
media is not permitted without prior approval and will be removed from the show.
• Exhibitor's are not allowed to start their vehicles during the show once they have been parked, unless departing.
• Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their area is clean prior to leaving at the end of the show.
• Refunds are on a case-by-case basis and for reasons that are deemed out of your control as approved by
the show committee or as noted according to our FAQ page.
• Exhibitor understands that some items like t-shirts, dash plaques, and other items are date specific based
on the registration date and acknowledge that they understand some of these items no longer be available at
the time they register.
• Canopy's are allowed, but only if no wind is present. If any wind is present at all, the exhibitor is not allowed
to erect any structure at all. If no wind is present, exhibitor is free to erect a canopy or covering as long as
they have stakes or weights of some kind for the legs of the structure.
• No alcohol or open container is allowed or permitted anywhere in the show area.
By signing the waiver at registration, you agree to hold harmless the Coatesville Downtown Revitalization (CDR), the Town of Coatesville, the Coatesville Volunteer Fire Department, the Coatesville Police Department, and other Coatesville businesses from any liability and/or damages resulting from your participation in the 2025 Coatesville Car Show or any of its corresponding activities.
