Q: Will there be vendors at your show?
A: Yes, we do allow and will have some vendors at the show. Vendors will be set-up on the east side of the
Community Building parking lot parallel to Milton Street. Some exceptions may be made for other vendors
for a larger space in the same area on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited.

Q: How do I become a vendor?
A: We prefer car related vendors or vendors promoting, selling, or doing giveaways of automobile related
items. If you do not fall into this category, you can check with us before completing the online form. We do
evaluate and approve each vendor and their booth to ensure it is a good fit with our show as well as for you.
Sorry, no food vendors, no exceptions.

Q: I don't want to be a paid vendor, but I do want to come and pass out information and talk with attendees?
A: This is not allowed. You must be a vendor to solicit. It is illegal in Coatesville to solicit without a permit
from the town and you will not be granted a permit for this event. Please refer to the last question on this
FAQ list for more details on this item.

Q: How much to be a vendor?
A: The vendor fee is $25.00 for a 10x10 vendor space. $50.00 for Trailer set-up parking.
______________________________________________________________________________________
Q: Will I have power and/or water at the vendor site.
A: No, the vendor sites will not have access to power or water.
______________________________________________________________________________________
Q: What will be provided at my space?
A: You are only reserving a space to advertise your brand and/or sell your products. You will need to come
prepared with a 10x10 tent, table, chair(s), and anything else you need that will fit within that space. We
assume if you are registering a trailer that everything is self-contained with the trailer.
______________________________________________________________________________________
Q: How long do I have to reserve a vendor space?
A: The cut off date to reserve a vendor spot is June 6th. That means we must have received your completed
vendor application this date in time for our final vendor review board. The location of the vendors is subject
to change and could close sooner than June 6th if all vendor spots have been filled.

Q: Do you make exceptions for certain vendors?
A: You need to contact the Show Coordinator to discuss what you need and what type of items, product,
and/or services you are providing. There are no exceptions for food vendors, sorry. It is possible to
expand a space to two spaces for $50.00 if you need a larger area. We will try to work with your request,
but we cannot guarantee anything until we have that discussion and even then we cannot guarantee we
can accommodate or approve the exception as we are limited for space.

Q: What time do I need to set-up my display?
A: You have two options for set-up. You can come and set-up on Friday Evening anytime after 6:00pm. Police
personnel will be on site during the night watching over items. If you set-up Friday night, it is recommended
you cover your items with a sheet to prevent dew from forming on your displays. You can also set-up on
Saturday morning, but all vendor spaces MUST be set-up before 7:00 am and all vendor vehicles must be
vacated from the vendor area prior to 7:00 am. There are no exceptions to this. Parking is close about ½
block away along the Vandalia Trail. If you are not able to have your space set-up prior to 7:00 am, then
you need to set-up on Friday evening.

Q: Can I solicit from my booth and have one of my people solicit around the event?
A: No, you can only solicit your goods or services from your booth. We worked hard over the last 10+ years
to build a quality show and a show with integrity. Trust us that folks will make it to the vendor booths during
the day, but you may ONLY solicit from your booth/vendor spot. We have placed the vendors in the highest
traffic area of the event.

Q: I have materials I would like to hand out at my booth. Can I also leave them in the cars at the event.
A: This is a definite No. Car guys and gals are showing their cars and don't appreciate when a lot of advertising
is left on their front seats or floors. However, if you have some kind of material you would like to get into the
goody bags we provide every attendee at the show, you can provide those to us and we will include those
when we stuff the goody bags. We only provide this service for vendors, sponsors, and other car shows.
If you wish to do this, we will need 300 of the items you would like to include (we prepare 300 goody bags).
You will need to arrange to get these items to us by no later than July 1st.

Q: Why so stringent about soliciting at your event outside the vendor area?
A: First, and as mentioned earlier, we pride ourselves in the integrity of the event we put on and we look out
for our visitors and attendees who come to enjoy the show. Unwanted solicitations outside the designated
vendor area is not allowed. This tends to upset some folks and as result can hurt future attendance not to
mention the integrity of the show. People expect certain things when they come to our show and do not
wish to be blindly solicited.
Secondly, it is illegal to solicit in the Town of Coatesville without a permit from Town Hall which will not be
granted for a special event such as this one. Anyone caught soliciting around the event and approaching
attendees will be asked to leave the event immediately by show personnel or the police. The only legal
way to solicit at our event is by having a vendor booth in the designated vendor area where you can freely
solicit, advertise, discuss, promote and/or sell your goods or services to those that approach your booth.
