It only takes a few minutes to complete the online registration form. If you complete this form, submit, and send your payment, you will secure yourself the full VIP Package as long as you register by April 1st. If you register online or by mail after April 1st, we will supply as much of the VIP Package as possible, but it will not include a shirt or dash plaque after this date.
After you submit your registration online, you will be given the option to pay online or to mail a payment. If you are mailing a payment, just note that it must reach us within 14 days of your online registration or your registration will be cancelled. We will send a reminder as we get close to the 14th day before we cancel anything. Please be sure to include your contact information including email. Before you submit, review the terms and conditions noted below the "Submit" button. Make note that by clicking the "Submit" button, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the show Terms and Conditions as noted below, that you are a licensed driver over the age of 18, and that you carry current auto insurance. Show Terms & Conditions:
• All Exhibitors must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid drivers license and automobile insurance.
• If under the age of 18, you must have a guardian in attendance that can sign the registration waiver.
• Maintaining the safety and integrity of the show is the highest priority.
• Exhibitor’s registration number must be clearly displayed on the show vehicle (Driver’s side front window).
• Registration numbers will be assigned at check-in.
• All vehicles must enter the show area from the north on Hadley Street or from the West on Main Street.
• No loud music is allowed from exhibitor’s display area. Any display of questionable music, videos, art or other media is not
permitted without prior approval and will be removed from the show.
• Exhibitor's are not allowed to start their vehicles during the show once they have been parked, unless departing.
• Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their area is clean prior to leaving at the end of the show.
• Refunds may be provided or deferred to the following year on a case-by-case basis. This depends on the date the notification
is made to the show coordinator. Please refer to our FAQ page for Registrations for all details on refunds.
• Exhibitor understands that some items like t-shirts, dash plaques, and other items are date specific based on the registration
date and acknowledge that they understand some of these items may not be available if they register and pay after April1st.
• Canopy's are allowed, but only if no wind is present. If any wind is present at all, the exhibitor is not allowed to erect any
structure at all. If no wind is present, exhibitor is free to erect a canopy or covering as long as they have stakes or weights of
some kind for the legs of the structure.
• No alcohol or open container is allowed or permitted anywhere in the show area.
By submitting this registration, you agree to hold harmless the Coatesville Downtown Revitalization (CDR), the Town of Coatesville, the Coatesville Volunteer Fire Department, the Coatesville Police Department, and other Coatesville businesses from any liability and/or damages resulting from your participation in the annual Coatesville Car Show or any of its corresponding activities.
By entering the Coatesville Car Show public event area, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. You consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Coatesville Car Show and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising. You waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

In 2020 when COVID hit, we cancelled our show as did many others during this time of uncertainty. Instead, we held a virtual show online free to anyone that wanted to participate along with voting and trophies. We even mailed goody bags to all participants.

In 2015 we added a rain date to the show. It was previously a "rain or shine" show, but after having been plagued with rain the first two years, a rain date was necessary. July averages 4.4 inches of rain annually. Since then, we have had to go to our rain date twice. Once in 2018 and in 2023. In 2018 we did okay, but we took a big hit in 2023 due to the rain.
