CARS, TRUCKS, MOTORCYCLES, TRACTORS, & SIDE-BY-SIDES
CAR CLUBS:
We do have reserved parking for car clubs, but clubs must notify us in advance and preregister. For all members that are preregistered and paid, we will reserve spots together for those folks. We reserve Main Street and a small section of Milton Street for club parking. We also have a section at the Community Building and the Library parking drive reserved for car clubs. Other spots are also available.
If you need to arrange for club parking, we will only hold spots for members that have pre-registered and pre-paid for the show. To arrange for reserved club parking, please use our "Contact" page for information on how to contact us.
You will park first and then register, or check-in if you already registered and prepaid, at the Community Building. Please follow our car parking personnel as they guide you to a parking spot. All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no holding of spots unless you have made prior arrangements with the show coordinator. A large portion of Main Street, the Community Building, and the Library's paved drive are reserved for prepaid club cars that have reserved these areas for their club. Keep in mind that this section of street will have limited availability for general parking.
TRAILER PARKING:
Trailer parking is located along the Vandalia Trail (non-paved area), in the lot across the street from the Fire Department. The Grain Mill on the west side of Johnson Street (where the grain silos are) will be available for overflow trailer parking only if the other areas fill up. All arriving trailers will unload before proceeding to the parking area. Once parked, you can then register or check-in.
PLEASE NOTE:
We do not allow the holding of spots. When you are parked, you cannot hold the space next to you for someone that you expect to arrive later to the show. Any holding of spots must be approved with the show coordinator in advance of the show, not the day of the show.
Members of the West Side Posse (WSP)
Unlike many car shows, ours is a little more complex to park efficiently, so please be patient with our car parking volunteers. We have many sections to fill coming from many different streets and directions, so its not as easy as many venues.

as a great meet up location.
