REGISTRATION OPTIONS
There are many ways you can register for our show. You can register online, on a flyer via mail, in person, and on the day of the show. No matter how you decide to register, you have the following options available to you.
Option 1: Complete and sign the form on the flyer, and mail it with your payment.

Option 2: Register online and pay online HERE. (Note: Online registration is only open until July 1st)
Option 3: Register online HERE and mail your payment/check. (Note: Payment must be received within
14 days of your registration or your entry will be cancelled)
Option 4: Pay the day of the show when you arrive.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Online registration closes on July 1st, so starting on this date, you will need to register at the show.
No registration other than printed forms can be accepted by us after this date. We do this to allow
enough time for any mailed payments to filter through to us via mail. We ask that you do not mail any
forms or payments after July 1st.
On show day, if you mailed a payment and we do not have it recorded when you show up, that
means we have not received it, period. Please do not ask our staff to research it because we are
unable to so on the day of the show. If you run into this scenario, you will need to pay again at the
show. Be rest assured that will will help you and research any missing payment on the Monday
following the show should this occur.
HOW TO GUARANTEE YOURSELF A SHOW T-SHIRT AND DASH PLAQUE:
In order to receive a show t-shirt and dash plaque as part of our pre-registration VIP Package, we must receive your registration and payment by no later than April 1st each year before the show. This cut-off date assures us that we will not run into any time constraints with any of our vendors.
If you do select a shirt size on your registration form and we do not receive your form and payment by April 1st, please be aware that you will not receive these two items as this is a hard date. Your registration form and payment must be in our hands by April 1st to be guaranteed these items. The postmark date will not be considered.
If you want a guarantee that you will receive these items, we recommend that you get your form and payment in the mail asap (or do it online through this site). Do this well before the April 1st date to allow enough time for the US Post Office to get it to us. For reference, we have been receiving items up to two weeks after they were mailed, so keep this in mind as we cannot control the US Post Office.
Each mailed in registration must be completed in its entirety, signed, and your check for $20.00 included made out to the CDR. The show fee on the day of the show is $25.00. are gone!
We do offer a refund if you notify us before April 1st. As long as you notify us prior to April 1st requesting a full refund, we will issue the refund. Allow up to 72 hours
for the refund to be completed if you paid online. If you mailed in your payment, please allow up to 21 days for your refund to be mailed to the address you provided on your registration form.
DID YOU KNOW?
If you do not notify us prior to April 1st requesting a refund, we can still help you out. If you notify us on April 1st or later, but prior to the show date, we will not issue a refund. However, we will
roll your paid entry fee to next year's show and will mark you as paid for next year. However, we will only roll your entry fee once and
will not roll it more than one year. If you still cannot make it to the following year's
show, your registration fee will be forfeited and will be considered a donation. If you request your entry fee to roll to next year, you are not allowed to collect the current year's goody bag. If you do, the fee will not roll and will be considered a donation.
